We make only what we love to eat, nothing more, nothing less
A story of flavours, family, and everyday discoveries
At Fam Jam, food begins with family. It traces back to the 1980s, when Karen Anand began making marmalades and preserves in her country kitchen in Pune, driven by a simple need for something wholesome, fruity, and honest at a time when little of it existed in India.
Inspired by the abundance around her, she experimented with Nagpur oranges and lemons from the Kurnool hills, along with strawberries, peaches, figs, and guavas, often adding a touch of spice to deepen their flavour.
Over the years, the family has travelled across the world, adding new layers of inspiration: flavours discovered, techniques observed, and ideas brought home and reimagined. That spirit continues today. Every recipe is tried, tested, and shared, drawn from authentic global inspirations and thoughtfully crafted for the Indian palate.
This is food meant to be enjoyed together. No rules and no perfect way, just passing plates, mixing, layering, dipping, and discovering what everyone loves.
Which means nothing goes into our sauces, dressings, or conserves that we wouldn't put on our own table. As close to natural as it can be: honest, thoughtful, and made to be enjoyed every day.
