Creamy and zesty, with green chilli, ginger and coriander doing the talking.

I’ve always loved the Bombay sandwich. Layers of tomato, cucumber, beetroot, and potato, generously slathered with vibrant green coriander chutney—it has to be one of the great sandwiches of India. One day, I wondered what would happen if, instead of butter, I combined that classic green chutney with our vegan mayonnaise to create something creamier and more versatile. That’s how our Bombay Masala Dressing was born.

It captures all the fresh, herby, tangy flavours of a Bombay sandwich in a smooth, creamy dressing. Use it in sandwiches and wraps or serve it as a dip with crisps or wafers. Thin it down with a little water and it becomes a wonderful dressing for salads and chaats.

In fact, creating an Indian-style salad couldn’t be easier. Simply drizzle it over any combination of crisp vegetables, fruit chaat, or crunchy toppings, finish with a sprinkling of chaat masala, and you have a vibrant, flavour-packed salad in minutes. It’s a familiar taste, reimagined in a completely new way.
